Spent the day with friends in Missouri, playing with my god children all day and enjoyed some unseasonably warm weather in the midwest. This evening I checked into a nice hotel in KC, grabbed a couple cigars and headed to Harrahs casino. Played three hours of blackjack and wound up leaving way up, more than doubled my money, taking $380 of the casino's cash. I enjoyed a xXx "Powerranger" and a SSM while playing and had a great time with a fantastic couple of dealers and fun table. The xXx needed to be dryboxed, I discovered, as it tried to go out on me three times in the first third but wound up being a fantastic smoke. The Short Story Maduro was perfect to the nub.

Awesome day. :D
 
Sounds like a good time! We went to Sam's Town in Shreveport and spent time at the blackjack table. We didn't do as well. At the end of the night we broke even, but had a good time anyway!
 
Thats great! The last time I lit up a cigar there I thought they were going to hang me. I had dirty looks coming from every direction, glad to hear you were able to enjoy a couple.

I think the trick is I brought in smaller cigars; I did bring in a bigger one one time and didn't feel the love, like yourself. But people seem to have a different perception about the amount of smoke a shorter/smaller cigar will make. :laugh:
 
I concur. I brought a Boli Corona Gigantes to a table, and I was the only happy camper there ;)

For all the times I've had cigarette smoke blown on me at casino tables, I didn't mind the comments. That stick billowed like a chimney!

Exactly! I've had a couple cig smoking chicks make comments like "the tables on fire" and I just glare whilst exhaling voluminous amounts of smoke right down throats.

Yet others are envious and mention how much better it smells than cig smoke, always makes it easier to light up another one at the table.
