Yes, I had a deadline of end of this year to pass the exam. Just wrote it this morning and got my certification!

I was gonna smoke to celebrate, but it's bloody cold outside. I think I'll wait until Sunday when it's supposed to warm up.

I too just recently passed the final part of my boards and know the relief of doing so before a deadline (I needed to pass this before my office could start accepting 3rd party insurance).

Siebel is a customer relationship manangement software package. Basically it's an off the shelf solution, but it needs to be customized for clients. So that's where people like me come in. We go in, customize the functionality of it. Basically they want you to be certified in the product.
