I Passed!

This morning in Orange, CA, I passed the tests and interview required to go from an hourly supervisor to a salaried manager. I was ranked 1st in the small group of candidates from all over SoCal. Really what this means is more cigar money! Now I just have to wait for a store to take me. It's a big weight off my shoulders.
