I saw one of these the other day .....

... while coming out of a local bakery with my croissant and coffee and it stopped me in my tracks. I haven't been taken by the looks of very many new cars on the road lately but this was beautiful. This car quite literally stopped me in my tracks and I had to walk around it to take a look see. What a shame that the guy who owned it didn't take better care of it, but the lines of this vehicle spoke for themselves.

... and then last night while participating in a Road Rallye I spotted one of these beauties, my dream car!

I had a 71 camper micro bus. Still wish I had it today. I have a 1954 pre A Porsche Cabriolet sitting in the garage. Serial # 60-423, the 423 production Porsche to roll off the assembly line. It needs restoration and, I had planed on doing it when I went and got it from Michigan three years ago. About the same time I came home with it my wife found out she was pregnant. She quit a good paying job to be a stay at home mom which cut into the Porsche fund.
