Trey is, as they say, a scholar and a gentleman, as well as a damn fine cook! The Family Spud hosted my small clan for a late Texas breakfast (which turned into a full day of relaxation). The weather held out for us until later in the day, so we were able to enjoy a cigar and a drink, as well as an introduction to the cool hobby of geocaching, which I think is now going to cost me a few hundred for a new handheld GPS for the daughter. Trey, his wife, and son are definitely good people who I hope to meet up with again, soon. In fact, we kind of have to, or he is going to have me put on the Scumbag List for stealing his movies!

Trey is a great fellow. I know he loves to cook, and hope to sample his wares someday. His love for his family is always evident, and his enthusiasm for sharing that love is contagious.

I am certainly proud to call him my friend.

HAAAA! Nick...we had a GREAT time, dude. Your two girls are absolutely adorable and J and I want to steal them. No kidding....you have awesome kids and were a ton of fun for us today. Make sure you're not strangers and come see us. We're close by, we cook all the time and we geocache all the time. J totally wants to take your girls for a girls' day out and go find caches and get toes done. Was a great day!
