Hey all, I'm back home and still among the land of the living, altho I don't much feel like it. Surgery was 3.5 hours. They cleaned out a lot of "bone on bone" fragments and installed the artificial disc. Now I've just got to take it easy while I recover.

Wow..... that must be a good sign that you're able to sit at the computer for even a short amount of time.

Take it easy bro and do what the doc says..... and make sure ya have a "special" smoke for when the doc says it's OK

and being the generous person that I am....... I'm sending this nurse to take care of ya

Glad the surgery went well. Be sure to do what the Doctors say and definitly don't lift anything unless you have to. Personal experience here, it is amazing how many things weigh 10 lbs. and how easy it is to over do it.
