No, as a former (plaintiff) trial attorney, and also as a former insurance DEFENSE attorney, I can attest that the MAJOR concern for insurance agents is in mastering the word made famous by David Spade, "no" and its variations: "denied," etc. Whether it was on paying claims, or paying my bill, it was always the same attitude. :sign:
