I like snow but I doubt i will be seeing very much of it unless i make the trip back to see my parents.

Should be seeing snow here soon.

New England, there is no escaping it !!

BBBBRRRR !!!!!

It's been warmer than normal here for quite some time and will be all next week.

Damn, I shoulda told ya RPB, I was in Quincy last night to see The Fools. Yeah, I know it's South Shore but I still should have mentioned it to you.... :(

They'll be in Salem for New Year's Eve but I doubt I'm going. :(

From when I lived on Whidbey, people in that part of Washington can't drive in snow for beans. 2 inches will close the town down.

I always like the first snowfall. Snow really is not a problem for me. I don't like the cold, 25 to 30 degrees is not the problem either. It is that 0 to 20degrees I don't like. It has been above average in temps here this month, but the cold will be here soon. I hope we have a mild winter this year! It is getting expensive to heat the house. I think now that all the kids have moved out it's time to downsize.

It ain't like that here in OK, by God. As long as you got a 4X4, you can drive as fast as you want!

I'm a native Okie, but I learned to drive on the slick stuff in northern NY and northern Japan. Three winters in VA was enough to remind me what it's like out here. Now that I'm back, if they tell me to stay home, I will. I don't want to be on the slick stuff with these folks.

Started snowing here in earnest this morning. It's still going . . . . 2 feet of powder so far. It isn't expected to quit until sometime tomorrow morning. Forecast predicted up to 8 inches. I think we've already seen that. :-)

I don't mind the snow so much, but I do have problems with having to MOVE it.

 You aint kidding, in the late 80's you could've blamed me for that. I was the DJ at 'For Pete's Sake". I kept 'em drinking and dancin' until they didn't need snow to slide off the road.

In the early 80's I DJ'd at The Steak House. This is kinda scary.
