Yep. Pretty easy to use. Browse your HD for the image and click Host it. It logs you by IP.

I use www.photobucket.com, Bk also uses this site. Works very well for me.

I use www.fotki.com.... you get a lot for your money, if you have a lot of pictures to host.

smugmug.com or pbase.com or ofoto.com -pbase and smugmug are geared toward photographers, but easy to use, and you can order prints from ofoto or smugmug.
