Very interesting. So, every cigar is now going to cost a minimum of $12/stick... Someone in the comments brought up a good point: is that MSRP or street price? Even if it is just MRSP and retailers can set their own prices, I'm sure that retailers will be spending more, which will have to be passed on to the consumer.
