in need of some tech help.

im wanting to build a "stationary" for my email account when i send out blast emails to customers. kinda like what you see when you get an email from best buy or something...but not as elaborate. more of a fancy signature i guess. im wanting pics on the top and bottom along with contact info and whatnot. ive got a very good email from a golf course i frequent i could forward someone who could help me out. if anyone knows who/what can create what im wanting, please pm me.
