Due to the Federal German Government not having the right to impose such laws on the separate states of Germany. The states must decide upon and pass such laws themselves if they so desire.

:thumbs: So its a few months to a few years reprieve for now.

Rock on!!! I am always glad to hear a ban defeated or at least put on hold. I still feel California (where I live) that it is the state directly responsible for this world wide injustice! :angry:

Great news, maybe the German example will catch on and federal govs. in Europe will allow individual states to decide the freedoms people can have. Or not! Smoke on Wurm! :thumbs:
