Can't help you with that specific area, but the two shops I visited near the snootyville area (Bloor and Avenue) no longer allowed smoking within the lounge. Great selection of Cubans, but at insane spice. With the 180% tax on cigars, it's far cheaper to order a box then sample even just four cigars.
