Inserting pictures

Is there a place on the site that tells you how to do basic things like inserting pictures into a post for reviews and such. Or how to find cool avatars, or even how to properly "quote" from previous threads, etc.?

An easy way is to upload your photos or animated pics to Photobucket.com. It will give you 3 choices for each pic you upload (url, html, or img) to copy a pic onto a post just copy the

Nope, that's the way I saw it so I downloaded it. It's the only version I've seen.
