So, it's like 4:50 Eastern time, and I am wide awake on a Sat. morning. I think I went to sleep around 11 last night. My head hurts, and I think that is what woke me up...so, I popped some ADVIL got a bottle of water and decided to Post what I am typing right now. I believe I am rambling...anyone else in a similar situation? ???

Ditto! :(

I hear that! I tried to go back to bed, but my mind began racing, and I figured I couldn't go back to sleep...SOOO, I was at least able to get my work out done while catching up on the Soprano's (Season 5 DVD). Now I'm wide awake. Time for some eggs and maybe even a nice morning smoke, which is rare for me! :D

Not sure if you'd consider me an insomniac, but usually I go to bed round 3:00am and get up at 8:00, don't need much sleep. I just hate to feel like I'm missing or wasting part of my day.

I have been up early and often recently, but for an entirely different reason than debauchery or scotch benders.

You see I have a new 10lb. addition to the family that requires feeding, changing and coddling at least every 3 hours.

Forgive me in advance if I post something bizarre, check the post time and remember I'm typing with one hand and holding a screaming baby in the other.

Weenies! Get a sleep study done. For the last 2 years, I've been sleeping with a CPap, a device to help me breath and absoultely stop snoring. I went from essentially waking over 100 times an hour (due to breathing issues) to about 8. I look like a fighter pilot, but sleep like a baby.

I've ad trouble sleeping for the past year or two. Typically I get about 4-5 hours a night on average. I went to bed at 1:00am last night and woke up at 5:30. If I get 6 hours, I feel great.
