Is it the driver issue ...or the IM that is causing a slow initial repsonse to the browser?

I've noticed this on a couple pc's.

It has to be. Every other website I visit it is a fast response to loading. Only on CP does it seem like the very resources that kept CP up and running now is completely drained like a $2 hooker after a Football Convention. I never had a issue with CP loading before the IM was put in. :(
