Hey CPers,  as some of you know I'm in the Army and am currently a company commander of a combat engineer company.  Many of you very generously bombed me on behalf of my Soldiers while we were deployed last year and we all shared in the wonderful bounty of your generosity; there were many a herf on warm Afghanistan summer nights.  Since then we redeployed and over the last five months I've been resetting the company, getting things ready for an intense training cycle through May of next year.  Unfortunatly, as the Army tends to do, right when you get good at a job, time comes to rotate out and make way for someone new and ambitious.  My change of command is monday and I will step down to a lowly staff role while I while away the remainder of my time.  I've taken steps to end my military service, having served my nation with eight years on active duty and three combat tours and another two years as an enlisted man in the National Guard years ago.  Its a bittersweet thing, to give up one career but I have high hopes for my life as a project leader in the private sector.

But the real reason I've come here, is to post a poll.

I have a feeling the Padron will win out but I voted Opus.  You can't go wrong with any of that line up.  Thank You for your service!

If I had been a combat engineer, I'd probably be addicted to cigarettes.  Thanks for your service and good luck in the 1st. Civ. Div.

I voted for the TAA '11.  That is one of my all time fav's.  Thank you for your service and good luck in all your future endeavors.

There will be times from here on out that you will regret getting out. I sure have. The retirement at age 38 is nice to have (ask Doc).   Otherwise enjoy civilian life with all it's ups and downs.  Thanks for your service.  Voted

I want to thank you for the service you provided I wish the best in your future travels. I went with the Tat...

Thank you for your service, and good luck with the next phase!
