Unfortunately, the cell phone companies will need to get their money one way or another to remain profitable and thus stay in business. Whether it is from these fees or elsewhere, we will still be paying. This may just change who is subsidizing who.

I'm not so sure if this is a good thing or not, the companies have to make a profit, phones could become prohibatively expensive or rates could go higher then they are already. This should be watched. ???
