Yeah, I'm an addict. But I can't handle only getting my fix once per week. So I have to wait for the DVD so I can watch it at my own pace.

I think it is Scot William Winters.... he did a part on NYPD Blue.... the guy who set it up for Sipowicz's son to be taken for a ride.
