Fucking Pandas
I just want to start off with stating that I love the color of this band.
1/3: This is a medium bodied cigar with subtle flavor notes to it. A complete 180 from the Jason cigars! There are some wood notes, some tea and some baking spice, like nutmeg perhaps.
2/3: As I enter into the middle third, the nutmeg and tea become more powerful and pronounced. Black pepper spice eventually joins in as we progress towards the final third.
3/3: The black pepper and wood notes take center stage to greet me as I enter the final third. Cinnamon and red pepper spice join in. Eventually the wood notes disappear as the red pepper ramps up. This is anything but subtle right now!
Final thoughts: A proper cigar for a day like today with elevated heat and humidity. I am looking forward to what the 2024 has to offer.
