Jim Beam Distiller's Masterpiece 20 yr Old Port Fi

There are two different Distiller's Masterpiece Beams, this one at 20 yo is port finished and the other at 18 yo is finished in cognac casks. I've had and own both. While the price is high it is in line with the Pappy Van Winkle 23 and the Evan Wiliams 23. At $180 this is a good buy since it isn't made any longer and is going for $250+ in most places now.
Both are excellent and would make a great addition to any collection. However, they are more like a fine cognac and not just an aged bourbon. Sippin' whiskey for sure to be enjoyed well after a meal and before a smoke. I wouldn't numb the taste buds with a cigar while drinking either as there are too many subtle flavors you'd miss.
