I need someone that can follow instructions, Has computer skills, Reliable, Flexible work hours, & can learn and think outside the box at times. Can you pay me in premiums instead? For example, instead of $15/hour, how about 3 Anejos/hour, or 4 WOAM's/hour, plus overtime of course, at a rate of 1 BBMF/hour.
