Spent the day at Huntington Beach, had a great time. Bought a couple of Morey bodyboards recently and went out to test them out. Lots of fun. Waves could have been better, but we got out in the ocean pretty far, and cought a couple of good waves on the way in. Anyone else bodyboard? We need better waves here in So Cal! :D

"cought" :sign:

We have NO WAVES here on Connecticut beaches because of Long Island. :(

My guess is if I ever tried bodyboarding, I'd kill myself. :laugh:

We have some good waves here quite often.

The real problem is that the water is always about 50* or so in the summer and it's hard as a rock about 5 months out of the year! :laugh:

Of course, there are some diehards that are out all the time windsurfing. One of them almost got killed in a rip current last week. Lake Superior can be a beast at times.
