I've been scouring the internet for suggestions around more full bodied pipe tobacco opposed to the traditional aromatics, so I decided to pick up a sampler pack from Boswell. I've tried their aromatics in the past and enjoyed them, so this will be my first time smoking English blend pipe tobacco. Looks like it comes with Northwoods, Countryside, Mild English, Magnum Blend, Titus, Railroad Station, and Imperial English.

Here's what I picked up: http://boswellpipes.com/products/boswell-english-sampler.html

I'll be sure to post some reviews of each. :)

You know, when I was in Kentucky, there was a shop that had a great guy that smoked pipes; Paul was his name. He was as knowledgeable as anyone you'll ever meet. He taught me everything I know about pipes (most I believe I've forgotten, sadly). Anyway, he said English blends will mirror seegar type smoking, if that's what yer looking for. (as opposed to the aromatic blends) I'll hafta look to see if I still have any of that tobacco.

Let me know what ya thought about what you ordered.
