I’ve posted many times that I’m of Italian descent,and because of this I eat some strange things around the holidays. Squid , Octopus, and the liver, gizzard, heart and neck of the Thanksgiving turkey. But my favorite is the turkey’s butt. So this year ,as usual, I make a big production of consuming this delicacy. Without missing a beat, my 10yr old granddaughter pipes up “You are what you eat Grandpa”.

My dad use to eat that thing too. He used to call it "the last thing over the fence". We would all tell him the same thing (you are what you eat). Brings back some fond memories. Thanks Doc!
