Going in tomorrow for a total left knee replacement. I must have had 10 knee shots this summer, but they had no lasting effect. Got to the point where it was having a really bad impact on my golf game. Of course the 6 Vicodin I had to take during the round might have had some impact

Rehab is a bitch, but you have to be diligent about it for the best outcome.

See you guys on the flip side.

Good luck Louie, smoke a good one tonight.

Here's wishing you a good rehab and a speedy recovery.

Wow Louie, i wish you a speedy recovery and a few strokes off your game when you come back.

I'm going in for knee surgery this Wednesday. Good luck with yours, rehab is no fun for sure.

I wish you the best of luck with the surgery and rehab, Lou.....Hope to see you again in Newburgh once you're ready to kick some ass again! All the best, my friend!

Best of luck. You should be ready to hit the links next season.

Good Luck and I hope you have a speedy recovery!! I am also going in for knee surgery Nov 23rd...not a replacement but a few things need to be fixed in there. Not looking forward to it but hopefully it won't hurt as bad when all is said and done.

Good luck with the surgery, and here's hoping for a speedy recovery for you.

Good luck with your surgery Louie, hope it goes well. I had my ACL replaced in '94. Rehab was indeed a bitch, but with the right amount of cigars and meds, you'll be back on the course next summer.

Thanks for everyone's good wishes. I appreciate the thoughts.

I suppose that meds includes a bottle of good bourbon, do ya think....:whistling:

I'll just have the wife bring the bottle of PVW 20 yo to the room . That ought to help a little with the pain management .

Prob'ly can't get away with smoking a good PAM :sign:.

Lou, all I can figure is that you must have wrecked that knee from kicking ass for the past few years.....

The best possible wishes your way, my friend. Rest up, do what they tell you (well, mostly....:whistling:) and be well.

See you in a few short months, I hope - B.B.S.

Hey Lou Best Wishes For A Speedy Recovery bro.. you'll be running in no time

Good luck on the surgery Lou! Best wishes for a speedy recovery!

My dad had this done 8 weeks ago and is already walking better and more pain free than he has in 10 years. He said the 1st two weeks were kind of tough but totally worth it. Good luck with the surgery and rehab.

Best of luck to you brother, if it's any consolation, had both knees replaced and i have never felt better since i was a youngster. These titanium knees today are the best, the only advice i have is use a specialist who does it all the time, exclusively.

Get well soon Lou!

A little cold up there for golf huh?
