So, living in vegas and being a poor college student I tend not to go to Casa Fuente and the davidoff shop in the venetian...

Just curious as to whether or not anyone knows a good every-day B&M to swing by. I started with The Havanna Cigar Co (on paradise and flamingo), normally have pretty good selection, but are a bit pricey. Also I frequent the Tobacco Leaf (Eastern & Serene ish), cheaper, better selection, but still looking for others.

The main reason I ask is because of price. When I was back in NH I swung by Two Guy's Smoke Shop in Salem and was blown away by the low prices, or, well, the almost msrp prices. Everywhere around here seems to be charging almost 6 bucks for a Padron 3000, that i got for 4.50 back in NH.

So, if you know any B&M's worth checking out, lemmie know!

So I guess that means that Napoleon's at Paris is out.... :D

Part of the problem is that there's a 30% tax in Nevada, compared to no tax (yet) in New Hampshire. Sadly (not to threadjack) there is a bill in the House in NH that's trying to institute a 60% tax. Which'll pretty much put the 28 cigar B&Ms in NH out of business....

But I'd be curious about cheaper B&Ms in LV, too, as I'm there every six or eight weeks. I love Casa Fuente --Mike, Jamie, Mario, Shana, and Irish are Good Folks -- and I love to people-watch. But less expensive alternatives for when I forget my smokes (which I've done a few times :() would be great.

Edit: Sorry for the typo, Mario!

I kinda figured there would be something to do with tax, but over at Havana cigar company, 7.50 for a punch champion? I mean, really?

There is a small shop that makes their own cigars in Vegas. Its Don Yeyo Cigar Factory at 328 W Sahara Ave. (just off the strip, down the street from the Sahara Casino). You can watch them roll the cigars right there. They also have a large humidor where they then age the cigars. The cigars were pretty good too! I hope that helps. I also found a list of Vegas cigar stores on this website for Vegas Cigar Lovers, here is a link to the list. -Aaron

I was there last Spring.
Found a little place on Fremont Street. East of the Experience. Kind of where the street gets a little shady....you know Hookers and druggies
Cant for the life of me remember the name though...
They roll their own and I had a couple and they were good. Pretty good value too

best prices for name brand cigars in vegas is the Paiute tribal smoke shop.

they have a small building, next to the larger smoke shop, dedicated to cigars
and a very large walk-in humidor.

On Main Street, just north of Washington.
