Except there's like a 1-2 year waiting list for all of the services on getting the procedure done unless you're needing it asap for a mission/deployment or whatever. And you have to be on active duty as well.

I had it done in 08 and there was no wait. I guess it's gotten pretty popular if there's that long of a wait now.
