Well, I have never been attacked thusly, but I believe it is a form of warfare whereby the combatants attempt to subdue one another by sending them cigars.

I haven't participated in one of these yet (no way I can afford to LOL) but they are a sight to see!

It's basically a male bonding pissing contest (in a good way though LOL) where each particpant is trying to outdo the other in levels of generosity and style.

On another list one of these wars got to such major porportions that during one round literally several (read over 10) boxes of cigars at a time were being thrown back and forth. It's conclusion was a much negogiated truce and treaty to put a stop to the madness.

Even on a smaller scale they appear to be a lot of fun and I look forward to the future when I have a stock that I can comfortably go to "war" with.

One thing I've learned is that when it comes to war...Devin has one hell of a blatter! ;)

You can NEVER win a bombing war with Bruddah Devin... trust me as I've tried and now I live in the remnants of what used to be my house! ROTF! DMC is the master of bombing runs.... KA-BOOM!
