There should be a law on how many times Neal can post on a given thread. He's a public hazard. Put him on the airwaves and people would drive off the interstate into the ditch laughing to their deaths. Put him in charge of the country and he would have the leaders of foreign rogue states rolling on the ground before the first nuke missiles landed on top of their heads. Put him in charge of the Guantanmo detainees, and he would have them begging to be next in the pyramid torture position. Put him in a hospital and he would jokingly pull the plug and reinsert it in the socket while the doomed patient laughed to death hearing Neal say: "Now it's on!...now it's off!....now it's on...now it's off...." The man is just a hazard to those of us who are dour, morose, and generally speaking-neurotic.
