Like Wheat Beer? And Mojitos?

I received this recipe in my latest "Skoll!" magazine, and my wife and I tried it out today.

YUMMY!!!

Wheat Beer Mojito

Fold 3 mint sprigs and drop them into a pint beer glass

Add 3cl lime juice, a heaping tablespoon of white cane sugar and 5 cl of white rum

Press the mint a few times with the spoon to release its flavor and add crushed ice

Fill with wheat beer and stir...

ENJOY!!!
