Listen to TV with earbuds?

I have three tvs, one is a smart TV, two have a Roku streaming box, and one has a Fire TV streaming box.

I would like to be able to listen to my TV with my bluetooth earbuds and I've read that it's possible but I can't find out how?

On the smart TV there should be option in the settings to be pair your ear buds with the tv. As for the Roku I'm not sure, never really messed with one.

Although I am so bright my mother called me "sun", "buckeye light" does not compute
