LOL stupid bank!

I opened an account with Wachovia while I was back home on vacation in Sept. and so far am very pleased with the online service. However I told them when I opened my account to send all my statements to me over here in Germany... so what do they do? They send my statement to my mom.

Hi Shawn, I just wanted to tell you I received your bank statement and will be sending it to you in the mail. BTW I noticed you spent 200 dollars on cigars using your credit card and just wanted to tell you that while what you do with your money is your own business... that your smoking your money away.

lol I guess I need to call them on Monday and make sure she doesn't get my statements any more.

For some reason my Wellsfargo decided that my apartment were they have been sending my credit card statement for the last two years was not a "validated address". So they started sending them to my parents address that I have a saving account under, but have never used for my credit card. First I had to explain how I spent $275 on cigars, which was not fun. Then I had to explain how I sold blood plasma for a couple months over the summer to get the money. She did not find that a wise choice of activities.

Opening someone else's mail is a Federal offense. Your mom should be locked up. What's she doing opnening your statement anyway? She should just leave it sealed and send it your way. Damn. :sign: :laugh:
