Looking for a birthday cigar

So I ended up ordering the Davidoff and Padron, along with way to many other cigars, and they arrived today. The Padron arrived without the cello on it, should I be concerned or do they come like this? I'm not worried about putting it in my humidor without the cello, just concerned about what happened to it along the way of it getting to me.
