Looking for any cigar friendly events around the Philly area for New Y

The thing I hate most about this time of years is the nagging questions that start of “sooo what are your plan’s for new years”. I know in Philly, New Years Eve is the biggest scam. Places that are no cover or small cover all year long, for one magical night, some how justify charging upwards of $50 per person on New Years Eve. Its amazing. Unfortunately I know the girlfriend is going to want to go out. So I figured that maybe I could at least find some where, where I could have a nice smoke. Anybody know of anything going on in Philly, DC or NYC areas?
