Looking for some leads

My wife has recently started smoking the occasional cigar and I want to buy her a few (or even a box) of Padron 1926's (35's are her favorite). I searched around the web...lots of places list them, nobody actually has them.

I can buy them locally, as singles for $15 each (Ouch!).

If anybody has any ideas, shoot me a PM.

If my wife ever started smoking cigars I can assure you she would also opt for one of the most expensive sticks out there :laugh:

Nope. If my wife takes up the habit, it's sure as heck not gonna be dipping from my box of 35's. I've got some CAO Moontrance set aside for just this possibility. ;)

As for where to get them, it's hit or miss. Why not try her on the Principes. Marginally easier to find and less expensive too.
 
Believe me, I tried distracting her with all kinds of smokes. We sampled a vew AVO's, the Padron 1964 El Principe and a couple of others. Even a few smokes from the dark side....She's liked them all more or less, but after smoking about 1/2 of each of them, she looks at me and says "It's good, but it's no Padron '26!".
 
I myself love the Padron 1926's and I am hooked on them. I currently have the 1926's in the #6 and the #35 in Maduro. Believe me, these cigars are not easy to find.

I've been married for 14 years. What makes you think I don't already have plenty of those? ;)
 
Appreciate all the help guys (and you too Cheekie!). Got some great leads and even managed to work a deal with one of our fellow CPer's who had an over abundance of those pesky 35's....
