Hey all, hope everything is going well.

It probably hasn't been noticed, but I've been away a bit. I've had quite the past year or so to say the absolute least. I won't bother to bore anyone with that and just say this. I finally closed a a home Tuesday and I'm heading over there today to sit on my new patio out back and enjoy a fine cigar. I've been waiting on this day for a long time. I'm thinking a 2006 GoF.

All is going well for me personally, though unfortunately my father has been diagnosed with cancer of the stomach of which he is not expected to live more than 12 months from. I lost my mother to cancer about 9 years ago. Such is life. My dad is a big cigar fan, and resposible for my enjoyment of the hobby. Though he can't smoke anymore, last time I was home I smoked a nice Padron Family Reserve that I had been holding since the Padron event a few years ago. I hope I have another chance to burn a fine one with him again, but if not, it was a good one to remember.

Anyway, everything is coming together nicely and I can't wait to move all the way in to the new house. I hope everyone is doing well. I'll see you around everyone.
