I have been unplugged and offline for a while and have moved to the Louisville area and in my 3 years away, a smoking ban went into effect. Actually just started about a week ago(July 7th i believe). I am looking for the best place to go and light one up. Of course the backyard with a bourbon is aout as good as it gets, but I was wondering if there are any places that are decent to light up outside, or where the locals may go. Also what is the best local place to pick up a few cigars. I hit the place at Oxmoor, but it was kind of small. any info or ideas would be well appreciated

Well, the commies took away our inside smoking fun......

Anyway, I don't usually smoke anywhere but the yard, so I can't answer the first question. However, there are three places I frequent for smokes: Oxmoor Smoke Shoppe, Kraemer's Smoke Shoppe (downtown) and Liquor Barn in Springhurst. Yeah, I know, it's a liquor store but they have a pretty good selection with no limits. I picked up half a box of Opus XXX a while back. They don't carry Tats (yet), but they usually have a good selection of Padilla, tons of Fuente, Ashton and on and on. And, their prices are pretty good.

You can always come over to my place when I'm in town........ SHooter, where are you talkin' about...
