So here I am touting all the exceptional qualities of Macanudo, as I often do for my customers. You know, draw sucks, tastes bad, you really should try this other cigar, etc.. So this gentleman and I are in my humidor and he asks me if I have any more of The Hampton Courts? I almost tell him no, I was in a good mood and tell him "sure I do, let me open a new box for you". So I reluctantly pull the new box down, proceed to unwrap it. I can't get this damn box open! I give it a hard pull and it opens. Well somehow when I pulled it open the nail holding it shut imbeds itself under my fingernail and I mean all the way under my nail. So here I am with this customer, a box of Macanudo's attached to my hand with a RIBBED 3/4 in. nail, trying to act cool. Now i'm really cursing these cigars in my head. I can't get this thing off my hand!!!! This guy is obviously ready to leave and wants his cigars. I'm trying to stall and figure out want to do. I decide to bite the bullet and yank it out. FU**, I hate these FU%@!*^ cigars, in my head of course. So i'm still trying to act like nothing is going on, i've got blood all over my hand, trying to ring this guy up and get him out so I can scream. So here's the moral to this story. This guy has got this big smile on his face and he says to me "see what happens when you talk bad, didn't your mother teach you that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. "Just Get The F#@% out of my store you Macanudo smoking piece of S#@%"
