These are a JR house cigars and can only be purchased from him. They use to be about $5 each and are now selling for $2.50 each for as long as they last. They are coming thru with a lot of plume now and can be smoked after a few days of receiving them. They tend to come a little moister than I prefer, as do all his cigars.

These have a very dark Connecticut Medio Tiempo wrapper and to my knowledge the only other cigar to have that wrapper is the Partagas Black line. The binder is a Connecticut Broadleaf. There is a Nicaraguan and Piloto Cubana leaf filler. On appearance then are a little toothy. They currently only come in 2 sizes 42 or 46 and 6.5” in length. Both sizes are the same in flavor.

I am a lot less sophisticated than then you guys so there is no pre-light ceremony. I toast the foot a little, more for an even light then for anything else and fire it up with a bic!

This cigar is loaded with spice right from the start, It is not peppery though, just an explosion of spice and cedar flavor with a hint of sweetness. The wrapper which appears to be toothy is not at all. It is actually quite silky and thin after it has absorbed some moisture from your mouth. You think you were smoking a natural wrapper and not a Maduro. They are not as earthy as you would expect a Maduro to be. The cigar flavors do not change throughout the entire smoke, and stay through to the nub.

It is categorized as a medium to full cigar. In my opinion it is full on flavor but mild on smoke. They are easy on the lungs if inhaled without wanting to cough up a lung. There is no buzz at the end although you feel as though there is going to be during the entire smoke it has that much flavor. These cigars can be a little difficult to draw on occasion, they are very densely packed and box pressed. Not so much as to be annoying.

They are packed in a 4 up 6 across varnished cedar box with cut cedar sheets between the layers, very nicely done especially for the price. These are a real bargain but they are being discontinued. I have been loading up on these and currently have 5 boxes in the humidor and will be adding a few more. In my humble opinion these may be the best buy out there. That is if you like a spicy cigar. I typically do not because in my experience spicy comes with peppery and I don’t care for that combination. These are an exception! :whistling:

Yummy looking cigars BT, stupid name however, must be a "BOOM" brand.

According to JR when he put them on weekly special a while back. They were made about 2 years ago. He named them originally "Kaboom" because they were suppose to be so strong. When he first tasted them and realized they were not the power house they were suppose to be they came up with MagFrce. He claims they never sold and put them on special. They have been selling well ever since. Only 2 sizes left.

Great cigar, I didn't think it had much spice to it however. I did order a box though! I enjoyed it! Thanks for the info Paul!
