Marilyn Documentary with a twist

A couple weeks back a friend of mine at Universal told me about a new Marilyn Monroe documentary called "Marilyn's Man." Her first husband put it together and it was released shortly before his death. I finally got a chance to check out the website (www.marilynsman.com) and he makes some interesting claims. I'm curious to see what the reaction to it is. Anyone have any thoughts?

I'm thinking......

" Why would somebody join a cigar board and then post this as their first post 10 minutes later?"

Aside from that, I have nothing usefull to add. :whistling:

Only thought I have is that this is a rather curious first post.

I don't care much for Marilyn so no other thoughts on the matter.

Am I the only one whose thoughts went

Marilyn -> JFK -> cigars -> Monica Lewinsky ?

Dang. Thought so.

ooo, i wonder if he'll mention the time i stalked marilyn for like a week with a cuban cigar in hand. It was a siglo I, which represents... well... something. She made out with the cigar, and then i tried to smoke it, but it was infested with beetles. i think my time machine was a telephone booth, like the one in bill and ted's. Well, i left afterwards, because i noticed that she had six toes, which means that she's horey.

i'm in a random mood today.

It's SPAM, and this is a known SPAMMER who has just joined a number of boards and left the same identical post as a first post...I've seen this multiple times today...

I know it's spam. But what is the snapback thing when you quote it?

It's a link to the post being quoted - just click the little arrow on the bottom right of any quote (unless you manually strip it out like you did)

Damnit Jolley, I told you to lay off the Absynthe right before bedtime ;)

I wonder if we as a board should go to verified email addys before you can sign-up. It would cut down the little she-its like this.

****ing forum spammers.... they use a program to do this so they spam all the forums at once. if you do a google search on the username you will find hundreds of these same posts.

You all should send an email to the companys that do this and tell em what you think!
