Massive Striped bass

LOL @ "Massive" Striped bass. The state salt record is only 76lbs. I guess all fish look huge when the guy holding 'em is only 4'2"... ;)
 
A new personal record....This weekend in Montauk followed by a PSD#3 lt.Ed 2006 what an amazing day! I even got to see Frank Mundus making his last charter ever out of Montauk.

I guess it's cool that everyone is praising you and happy that you caught a large fish like that, but not me. I freakin hate you. I've fished those same damn waters and I was lucky to get half that size. Screw you buddy :p :p

I understood.....not for nothing but that is my personal best, the other one I caught that day was about half that size( Notice I did not even post it...lol). Keep on eye on this thread, the fall run is just about too start and I am on the hunt for a 40 or 50 lb'er to add to my collection...I have a Padron Millenium (kindly gifted to me by the infamous Seadub) just waiting for that day!!!!

Hey putting together a Live Eel Bass Trip trip tomorrow night (saturday at midnight till 5AM Sunday) this will be out of the Fire Island inlet/Captree Area, anyone who can go PM me ASAP so I cabn reserve space for us.
 
You damn Yanks need to come on down here and let us Fla. Crackers show you how to catch some real fish that aren't glowing in the dark :p Word to the wise though: wear white boots and you will be respected by the locals, even though you talk funny ;)
