Meat rake

I was not sure where this was going.....must say i was looking for more Meat!
 
I've been using disposable rubber gloves to shred my meat for years...when you're finished, you just peel them off and cleanup is easy.

Oh, I also use the same technique when I cook pulled pork...it gives me the opportunity to remove some excess fat as I'm pulling the meat apart.
 
If you want to call it "Shredding the meat" I guess that's up to you. At least you wear gloves. :whistling:
