Message Tracker?

Is the PM tracker still a feature on the new setup? I found it pretty useful, though I'm not certain how well it worked. Either it was somewhat unreliable or I managed to PM plenty of people who don't bother to respond to communications, questions, etc.

If the tracker is still available, I couldn't find it, although there are some confusing options having to do with notifications and bell icons and conversations and whatnot...

If you go to the conversation once you've sent the PM, on the left beside the recipients name it'll say "Last Read:" and it'll either show when it was read or that it hasn't been read yet. You can coordinate the time the latest PM was sent to the latest time the recipient viewed the conversation for multiple message conversations.
