Been in San Antonio a few days to visit some of my Soldiers that are amputees and/or burn victims from the war. It was a pretty sobering few days.

Got back today and the perfect gift was at the house waiting for me. Some stellar sticks and some Surly Beer!!!!

Well, one (double amputee) is finally getting released after 2 years of rehab in a month. Not sure if he does, but he'll be gone soon, thankfully.

The main one I went and visited was a female that had 3rd degree burns on her body and face, and lost a leg....she's in a coma right now.

I'll see what I can find out about any others
