I have some skill in that area (I are engineer). The fabrication wouldn't be that difficult, but small components, the notebook sized, state of the art stuff can be really expensive.

This could be fun, so speculate. What shape would you use? Another liquor bottle, a cigar box, a beer case?

If I was going to do something I'd put a PC in the old stereo reciever that sits on my desk. It already has the vent holes, power supply and plenty of room to use. Make it serve a dual purpose.
