I know there are some other music lovers out there who must have dug Mitch as much as I did. A true rock hero who inspired me to start playing drums. I think he and Ginger Baker, like Ringo before them, changed the face of rock drumming.

I was severely bummed out when I heard the news.

Mitch was the best drummer I have ever heard on vinyl. He rocked harder than anyone else. Thankfully he has inspired a ton of guys out there to go out and give it a go on the drums.
