Mmmmmmm, Porter

I went to the beer store to buy a special brew for this weekends party. I saw they had a selection of Sam Smith's brews. I have had the Nut Brown and Oatmeal Stout before. I was in the mood for porter so I grabbed one.

This stuff is exactly what a porter should be. Nice bitter, burnt flavor with a touch of sweetness.

If you get the chance, get you some of these. I don't think you will be diappointed.

On deck for tonight, Fuller's London Porter.

YUM, yum!!! The Sammy Smith Taddy Porter. This was the first "good" beer I ever drank. I still think it's one of the best porters around, maybe even the best. Great call huskerMike!! :thumbs: :thumbs:

The Fuller's was tasty, also. For the price, both about the same, I'll take the Samuel Smith's.
