More than a nice surprise today

So I got a call from the wife today while at work, and she said a package had been dropped off for me and naturally assumed it'd be cigars because really... how often would I order "specialty candles"?

This package was sent back in November after Golfanatic held his little contest for guessing the day his baby would be born. Customs delay here held the package up for a little longer than anticipated, but there was no issue in the end. He must have been feeling generous when he shipped it off. WOW! I'm surprised they all fit into the box used! The majority of the smokes I haven't yet had a chance to try and I'm looking forward to them all! Too bad it's been so cold out here. Looks like springtime will be a rather bountiful smoking experience for me.

Nice custom job you have there! How long did it take to install the insulation and what are you using for air vents?

slapping in the sheet foam was easy, we used 'liquid nails' to tack it in place

for venting, I've got a solar-rechargable fan vent which seems to do the trick

seating consist of a few plastic adirondack chairs, with some cushions and blankets for added comfort

and we have a few of the fold-up wooden tables that my friend Sheila (SOTL1977) has kindly decorated with cigar band collages :thumbs:

get that woodstove fired up, and it's warm enough to sit out in shirtsleeves - only need the coat to run back into the house for washroom breaks and beverage refills

That's a sweet setup. I'll have to keep that in mind once I have a larger yard, if the indoor man-cave can't happen
