Yeah, it makes no sense up here to buy NCs when CCs can be had for the same or less. The cheapest I've found a Fresco is $7 once, down in Kingston. I find it's worth my while as well to head across the boarder for a weekend now and then to pick up 2 or 3 boxes (if I'm with the wife) of NCs and just buy CCs here.

Edit to add: Oh, and that's the other thing, buying them at retail prices, then paying duties, then provincial taxes, all adds up to a pricey stick. Thanks for the added info.
